Impressions from the project process
In phase one, 11 commercial and residential buildings are being built over a common 80,000 m2 GF, using PERI formwork and scaffolding systems.

SKYDECK supported by PEP Ergo props for the slabs
Part of the 80,000 sqm slab to be poured using PERI SKYDECK, the lightweight slab formwork.
Columns are progressing fast due to the LICO column formwork system that allows fast shuttering and flexible adjustments with a variety of panel sizes available.
PERI UP used for the GF and 1st floor as support to the slabs with a combination of SKYDECK and GT24 girders due to a slab height of 6m.
PERI UP shoring system is used with SKYDECK to support the slab at a height of 6m.

The reason we chose to work with PERI on this project is the practical and high quality aspect of the products. SKYDECK is ideal for slabs as it is independent of a crane, especially for big areas like this one. LICO is the best choice for columns as it is highly economical and we were able to save on plywood costs. Also the cooperation with the sales and supervision team on site was excellent.
