The Project
Impressions from the project process
The American Las Vegas Sands Corporation is the owner of the complex the highly visible hotel towers.
The individual building elements differ in terms of the base width, curvature radius and lateral offset dimension, while the individual floors are also offset from one another in a longitudinal direction.
With help of the PERI formwork and scaffolding solution, the hotel towers rose steadily upwards with each floor being completed in only four days.
The PERI formwork and scaffolding solution took into consideration the three differently curved building geometries with the offset and continually changing floors.
With the PERI SKYTABLE, 100 square metres of slab formwork was moved quickly and safely with only one crane pick.
In each case, two floors were simultaneously shuttered with PERI SKYTABLE large-area slab tables.
With the PERI ACS self-climbing system, the elevator shafts were constructed without the need of a crane.
In 2009, after a construction period of only two years, a platform was in place which connects the three hotel towers to each other.

Construction manager
We are absolutely satisfied with the PERI systems and the comprehensive service which helped us with proficient engineering, logistics and jobsite support to successfully implement the project. We are able to work safely and with minimum crane utilisation with SKYTABLE and ACS – thus we need less than 4 days for one storey.
